At Culture Kings, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your street-style staples. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and headwear cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
